GUARANTEE AND NO-SHOW POLICY
Many hotels and resorts in this Program will hold reservations until 6pm (some 4pm). All must be guaranteed with a major credit card. If you do not arrive and if the guaranteed reservation is not cancelled, you will be charged for that night's room rate and all taxes. To cancel the reservation, it is necessary to contact the JTB office with which you made a reservation, or if it's after office hours or during the weekend, please contact the hotel directly and retain the cancellation number provided by the reservationist. If a cancellation number is not provided for you, please retain the date and name of the person who made the cancellation for you.
