GUARANTEE AND NO-SHOW POLICY
Most hotels and resorts in this Directory will hold reservations until 6pm (some 4pm). If you will be arriving after 6pm (4pm), you must guarantee your reservation with a major credit card. The hotel will then hold the room until the following morning. If you do not arrive and if the guaranteed reservation is not cancelled, you will be charged for that night's room rate and all taxes. To cancel the reservation, it is necessary to contact the JTB offices with which you made a reservation, or if it's after office hours or during the weekend, please contact the hotel directly and retain the cancellation number provided by the reservationist. If a cancellation number is not provided for you, please retain the date and name of the person who made the cancellation for you.
