When I enter my email address and password, I get an error.
Possible reasons and solutions.
- Spaces are not allowed in emaill addresses and passwords. Please make sure there're no spaces entered.
- Characters other than English alphabets and numbers are not allowed.
- Your browser may be holding wrong information in its memory. Close the browser, then try again.
- Your registry record might have been deleted for some reason. Please contact STUDENT WEB Website Management.
I haven't received my password.
Upon confirmation of registration, a confirmation email is sent to you. If you didn't receive the email, possible reasons are:
- Email address was entered incorrectly.
- Confirmation email was filtered and delivered to your Spam box instead of Inbox. Please check your Spam box.
- To obtain your password, please send an email to STUDENT WEB Website Management with your name and phone number that you used for registration.
