  An individual who registered on the JTB USA STUDENT WEB ("Member") must comply with the following terms and conditions (collectively, the "Terms"). 1: Registration a) Member must be over 18 years old as of the date of registration. b) Member must be enrolled in a school in the United States including language schools, specialist schools, colleges, universities that issue an official student ID. c) Member must agree with the Terms. 2: Valid Address Only the residential address or school address of the Member can be used for the registration. 3: Change of Address Member must notify JTB USA, Inc. Internet Team of any changes of the registered address. JTB USA, Inc. takes no responsibility for delay or loss of mail if the Member failed to notify JTB USA the change of address. JTB USA has no obligation to contact the Member, or to send direct mail (DM) to the address after this. 4: Change of Member's Data Member must notify JTB USA, Inc. Internet Team of any changes to the Member's personal data. JTB USA, Inc. takes no responsibility for delay or loss of mail if the Member failed to notify JTB USA of the change to the personal data, or provide JTB USA with incorrect information. 5: Duplicate Registrations Member can only have one membership ID. If the Member has more than one member ID, JTB USA has the right to consolidate duplicate membership ID's to a single ID. 6: Cancellation of Membership Members can cancel their membership anytime. Member must notify JTB USA of the cancellation in writing. 7: Termination of Service JTB USA has the right to terminate services to the Member after 90 days of the Member's expected graduation date. The expected graduation date must be within 4 years. A registration with an expected graduation date of over 4 years after registration is invalid. Members can re-register after 4 years of the first registration. JTB USA has the right to terminate services in some circumstances. 8: Distribution of Sales Materials JTB USA has the right to send advertisements, direct mails, E-mails and other sales materials. 9: Update of Notices and Terms Contents of Notices and Terms are updated through the StudentWeb and supercede previous notices and terms. 10: Termination of Membership If the Member breaches the Terms, JTB USA has the right to terminate the Member's membership. 11: Management of Personal Data JTB USA acknowledges the importance of personal data provided and protects the data under strict data management. Personal data may be used to improve student programs, or to contact the Member including distribution outlined in Term 8. Upon receiving an inquiry or request for change of the Member's own personal information, JTB USA, Inc. Internet Team will respond and process the request at our discretion. JTB USA will never give or sell Member's personal information to a third party without the Member's consent. However, the Member's name will be published on the StudentWeb in case the Member won a prize during special campaigns.
