CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

30 business days or more: - 10% of the total tour cost*
29 – 14 business days: - 30% of the total tour cost*
13 – 8 business days: - 50% of the total tour cost*
7 business days or less: - 100% of the total tour cost

*In addition to the above penalties, any non-recoverable charges from our suppliers will be charged. If airline tickets have been issued already, there will be additional non-recoverable charges in addition to the above penalties. In some cases, the airline tickets may be totally non-refundable.
