Jigokudani Monkey Park is located at a valley surrounded by steep rock walls where steam can be seen rising from natural hot spring activity. It is famous for where you can watch Japanese snow monkeys bathe in a warm hot springs bath surrounded by snow. (30mins)

<1DAY TOUR> Enjoy Ashiyu, Japanese-style foot hot springs, in front of Yudanaka Station (30 mins.)
Return to Tokyo by JR Shinkansen Asama.
<2DAY TOUR> After arriving to Yudanaka Station, check in to Issa no Komichi Biyu no Yado at Yudanaka Hot Springs.

DAY 2
Free time until your departure. Please go to Nagano station on your own.
Take JR Shinkansen Asama for Tokyo.

To reach Jigokudani Yaen-koen, you wil need to walk on a snowy road for roughly 30minutes from the Kanbayashi Parking Area. Please bring a coat, gloves, and snow boots (or non-slip shoes) for this walk.

Please bring a towel to dry your feet off with at the ashiyu (foot spa).

With Accommodation Plan Only : On Day 2, you will be free at leisure to do as you wish with no guide accompaniment. You will receive an itinerary and train tickets from Yudanaka Station to Nagano Station (non-reserved seats) in addition to train tickets from Nagano Station to Tokyo Station (reserved seats). Your itineraray will display the train number and time of your train from Yudanaka Station to Nagano station.
