REMARKS

• * Tour services begin upon arrival at New Chitose Airport in Hokkaido. Airfare is not included. Please arrange all flights on your own. When selecting a flight, make sure that you will arrive at New Chitose Airport at least one hour before the scheduled shuttle bus departure, and that your return flight will depart at least one hour after the return bus arrives at the airport. Detailed time schedule will be available after September. When booking the tour, please make sure to include your flight schedule and place of stay before the tour begins, including hotel name, address, check-in date, and phone number, so that all tour tickets and information may be delivered to you.
• * After tour booking if any changes occur to your flight, please inform us 14 days prior to tour departure.
• * After tour booking if any change occur to your delivery address, please inform us 8 days prior to tour departure.
• * Tickets and your final itinerary will be delivered to your hotel or place of stay by at least 1day before tour departure.
• * No assistant service is included on Day 5. Please board the shuttle bus to the airport on your own.
