CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Prior to departure: -
35 business days or more: - 10% of the total tour cost*
34 – 20 business days: - 30% of the total tour cost*
19 – 8 business days: - 50% of the total tour cost*
7 business days or less: - 100% of the total tour cost

*In addition to the above penalties, any non-recoverable charges from our suppliers will be charged. If airline tickets have been issued already, there will be additional non-recoverable charges in addition to the above penalties. In some cases, the airline tickets may be totally non-refundable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If the minimum requirement of 20 people has not been met, JTB USA reserves the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, JTB USA shall notify the client by Sep.3rd.

After entry formalities, transfer by coach to the hotel in Tokyo.

3 DAY OCT.02

TOKYO - SENDAI

Walk to Shinagawa station on foot and transfer to Tokyo station by JR local train.
Leave for Sendai by JR super express train Arrive at Sendai Station and sightseeing in Matsushima
