In the event of written cancellation, the following forfeiture of tour price will be assessed based on the number of days prior to the tour departure the cancellation was received. US$500 of the deposit will be non-refundable if cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to departure. 90 – 61 days prior to departure 40% of the fare 60 days prior to departure 100 % of the fare Cancellation period is based on Japan local time.
