Change of Flight Tickets
Generally, it refers to modifying the travel date, time (flight), cabin class (such as upgrading your seat), or route. Whether these changes are allowed depends on the fare rules associated with the ticket you purchased.
Most tickets can be changed, but some fare types (such as Basic Economy) may not allow changes. Please make sure to review the fare rules of your ticket before making a purchase.
If you purchased a changeable ticket through our company and wish to make changes, please contact our customer support with the details of what you would like to change. We will check the applicable fees based on the fare rules of your ticket.

Typical fees for making changes include:
1. Airline-imposed change fees
2. Fare difference between the original and new ticket
3. Our service fee for handling the change

Please note that we can only process changes during our business hours. For last-minute (urgent) changes close to departure, we may not be able to assist in time. In such cases, we kindly ask that you contact the airline directly.
Cancellation of Flight Tickets
If you decide not to use your purchased flight ticket, you must complete the required cancellation procedures before departure.

1. About "No Show"
If you do not notify our company or the airline before departure and do not use your flight ticket, it will be considered a "No Show." Please be aware of this policy.
For more details about No Show policies, please refer to the section titled "No-Show of Flight Tickets" below.

2. Refunds After Cancellation
Whether a refund is available after canceling your flight ticket depends on the fare rules that applied at the time of purchase.

   A. Non-refundable Tickets
Most tickets are non-refundable, meaning that no refund will be issued after cancellation. However, depending on the airline and fare rules, the value of your ticket may be retained as a credit (Future Value) for a certain period, which can be used toward a future trip as a change. Note: Some airlines may require you to rebook a new itinerary at the time of cancellation.

   B. Refundable Tickets
If you purchased a refundable ticket, we will process your refund according to the cancellation rules of your flight ticket. We will refund the amount after deducting the cancellation fee set by the airline. (*Please note that our cancellation handling fee will be charged separately.)
To request a refund, please make sure to contact us before your scheduled departure.

3. Ticket Transfers
Currently, all airlines prohibit the transfer of purchased tickets to another person (Non-transferable).
No-Show of Flight Tickets
If you do not board your reserved flight and fail to complete the cancellation process in advance, the airline will consider your ticket a "No Show" in accordance with its policies. Once marked as a No Show, your ticket becomes invalid and cannot be reused or rebooked. Please take extra care to avoid this situation.

To preserve the value of your flight ticket, please make sure to cancel or change your reservation before the scheduled departure time. We recommend completing the process at least 72 hours prior to departure, whenever possible.

Please note that our office is closed on weekends and U.S. federal holidays. For flight tickets that require cancellation or reissuance through our customer support, you must contact us by 1:00 PM (Pacific Time) on the business day before the holiday or weekend. This allows us to complete the necessary procedures within our business hours, in accordance with airline and fare rules.
*Some airlines may require rebooking to a new itinerary at the time of cancellation.

If you need to cancel your ticket urgently outside of our business hours, we kindly ask that you contact the airline directly.
Partially unused flight tickets
Flight tickets must be used in the order specified in your booked itinerary.
If you skip any segment of your journey, the airline may consider it a "No Show" under their policy, and all subsequent flights on your ticket may be automatically canceled. Please be aware of this important rule.
If your travel plans change and you no longer need to fly a portion of your itinerary, you must contact either our customer support or the airline before the scheduled departure time.
We will need to cancel the unused segment and reissue your ticket for the segments you will actually use.
Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the airline’s policies and the fare rules of your ticket.
